Junior Party Coordinator
The Party Coordinator is the sole person who coordinates parties at private and public events. This involves setup and takedown, which includes carrying, setting up, handling live animals, and managing queues. During each party, this involves carrying portable plastic fencing, live animals in carriers, and portable umbrellas or tents. This may include lifting of up to 60 pounds. The Party Coordinator arrives at booked locations at a pre-determined time and date, for typically 1 to 2 hours, but events are up to 4 hours. Arrival is before the scheduled event time, and departure is after the event ending time. Allow for 20-40 minutes setup and takedown time before and after some events.
Parties are typically on weekends in central Florida, ranging from Jacksonville to Tampa, and from 9am to 6pm. The Party Coordinator will be required to drive from location to location, and may need to transport animals, fencing, and supplies between locations.
Not every weekend is booked, this is a seasonally based contract. While we do our best to fill schedules, booked parties and events are not guaranteed.
